October will see three titles for fans to pick up:

• 6 Oct - Quatrain, a collection of four new novellas
• 15 Oct - Gateway, a new YA novel
• 27 Oct - Never After, featuring novellas by Laurell K. Hamilton, Yasmine Galenorn, Marjorie M. Liu, and (of course) Sharon Shinn.

Additionally, the P.O. box for postal correspondence has changed - see below for the full (new) address, or simply update your address books with the new box number (440051).

After spending a lot of years hosting this site on a little-used subnet of my alma mater, and dealing with significantly frequent and long-lasting downtime and other issues, I figured it was well past time to finally get a domain just for this purpose. I'll try and keep a forwarding link and a mirror on the old server, but the primary host will be here. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.

A winner of the William Crawford Award for Achievement in Fantasy, the IAFA Fantasy Award (1996), and the Dell Award for the best new science fiction writer of '95/'96, as well as having been nominated for the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer, Ms. Shinn has thus far penned several captivating novels and contributed some shorter works to collections- many pieces set on the fascinating world known as Samaria.  When not marvelling us as a novelist, she also works as a journalist in St. Louis.
